Spa Medicca is one of Ohio’s top medical spas, blending clinical expertise with a luxury experience. Known for Botox®, fillers, lasers, and body sculpting, their team helps people look and feel their best - with a focus on natural results, not trends. But with new ownership came even bigger ambitions: to evolve from a respected regional med spa into the premier cosmetic practice in the country.

Core Identity
Spa Medicca had already built something rare: deep expertise, a loyal national client base, and an uncanny ability to make people feel confident in their own skin. Our work began by helping them name and claim what makes them different. We defined their Unique Value and Selling Propositions, clarified their Ideal Client Profiles, and identified their Brand Archetype: the Magician. Together, these insights formed the strategic backbone of a brand that doesn’t chase trends, but leads with experience, trust, and transformative care.

Verbal Identity
With their roots in medical expertise and their eyes on national expansion, Spa Medicca needed a voice that was both authoritative and approachable. Confident, not clinical. We crafted a Verbal Identity that reflects who they are at their core: a brand that leads with knowledge but never forgets the human on the other side. From tagline to tone, we gave them language that speaks to both the transformation they offer and the trust they’ve earned. Their new messaging hierarchy includes a refined elevator pitch, story, and positioning statements, all designed to make their marketing sharper, their sales stronger, and their story stick.


Visual Identity
Spa Medicca’s original logo was meant to evoke calm but instead it came off as dated and generic. It didn’t reflect the high-end, nationally recognized practice they were becoming. We explored a wide range of directions, from abstract symbols to more literal icons, before landing on a sleek SM monogram that feels both elegant and self-assured. From there, we built a full visual system: logo, typography, color palette, brand patterns, and even interior design consultation for their new office. Every element was crafted to support their next chapter as a destination cosmetic practice. The final identity is polished, elevated, and unmistakably premium, all without falling into tired spa clichés.

Digital Identity
The previous Spa Medicca website was built on a proprietary medspa marketing platform. While that may sound helpful in theory, it ultimately limited what they could do. The design was inflexible, the functionality was barebones, and the overall experience didn’t match the premium level of service they provide. We replaced it with a fully custom WordPress site tailored to their goals, with a design that reflects their elevated brand and the scalability they need for future growth.The new site is high-end and intuitive, but it’s also packed with helpful information. Many first-time visitors are unsure about what to expect from a cosmetic treatment, so we created detailed service pages that demystify the process and build trust. The final result is everything their old site wasn’t: beautiful, easy to use, mobile-friendly, and strategically built to support their expansion.
